I'm sorry..took so long to update this post due to a little laziness and I'm tired after work =p Went to Bangsar Village with Yvonne for dinner. We reached there around 9.30pm and most of the shop is closed.Luckily we manage to find this restaurant to fill up our empty stomach..
This is the food menu, they present it in a form of large leaflet.. A little introduction & background of the restaurant and short article printed on the first page of the menu..

Yam Cake RM9.00 - this is something new to me, didn't know Yam can turn into flavour of cake..Good!

Oven Baked Butter Fish RM25.00 Marinated with salt and pepper, fillet of butter fish is oven baked. It served with boiled potato and broccoli, the sauce was made with the combination of honey, mustard and garlic.. I think is expensive for this small piece of fish =p


Penned with cream of broccoli and smoked salmon RM25.00 smoked salmon flavoured with black pepper

Wild Rocket RM25.00
Lovers of rocket leaves -- you could not miss this! It served with freshly sliced fragrant pear, roasted pine nuts and freshly parmigiano reggiano (cheese) I dunno the market price for rocket leaves, but paying this price for leaves is excessive.

This is the inside of the restaurant.. They serve Asian and western cuisine from our very local Prawn noodle, curry noodle, Asam Laksa to Pastas and others.. they have beers and liqueur too.. Salad + Entree + Pasta + Dessert + 2 drink = RM110.00 (include 10% of service charge)

Banquet has occupied a large section at the foyer. This section able to accommodate lots of customers for party, gathering purposes..

Caribbean Dreams RM12.00 We were there for 2 hours + after refill for several times, from an aroma tea almost turn it become plain water... LoL

Alla Carbonara (Fettuce) RM19.00 An appetizing dish..serve with turkey bacon, mushrooms, parmesan and creamy sauce.. In stead of spaghetti I choose to have fettuce, flat thick noodle made of flour and egg.. Nice!

If you are sitting at the outdoor dining area you will have a view of this huge park and lake..Desa Park City, do your grocery shopping at Cold Storage, you can stroll in the park, take picture, fly kites and watching people do all kind of activities in the park..haha [not x rated] Nice place!

Dine in at IKEA restaurant before? This place is always pack of shoppers..is located in the heart of the store. A resting place after long day of shopping.. You can enjoy their popular demand Swedish dishes here.. Their beverage can be refill ^^
Swedish Meatballs - RM10.50 One of IKEA's Signature dish love by many people.. 10 meatballs with fries. The meatball is rich with beef minced but is taste dry, without the sauce it won't be nice!

Open Face Shrimp Sandwich - RM6.20

The sandwich served cold, Lots of Fresh shrimp with mayonnaise, cucumber and egg ^^

All time favorite Vanilla Ice-cream - definitely will have one for each visit =) Very strong vanilla taste, thumbs up! ~ yummy

Looking for a relaxing, open air yet romantic restaurant? Im here with Yvonne for dinner, I did not know there are restaurant located at Plaza Kelana Jaya, before this I tot only MAS office is here, LoL. This restaurant, Louisiana, you can experience the lake side dining with water fountain view ^^ Here,You can snaps lots of good picture when sky turn to dusk..
Appertisers - Smoke Salmon Biscuit RM15.90 Buttered biscuit with cream, honey mustard and topped with smoked salmon. [expensive! only 3 pieces, tak cukup makan]


Chicken of Alabama RM23.90 Deep fried chicken chop, creamy sauce sauteed with vegetables, served with fries and salad.. big portion..Not bad =)

Crunchy Butter Fish RM31.90 Honey mustard rubbed with bread crumbs coating, the butter fish was baked and served with mashed potatoes and salad.. Nice! but I think this small little piece of butter fish not worth at this price [expensive!]

After a long day.. This is the place we had our dinner. This restaurant located at Metropolitan Square [City Bank building] in Damansara Perdana. When we step in the restaurant, no other customer, a very quiet place suit 2 of us, kind of romantica =p We ordered their New Year Eve's Menu.. which comes with a Bowl of Soup + Salad + Main Course +Dessert = Price from RM65++ to RM138++
Main Course, choice of :-
Charbroiled Aust. Chilled Wagyu /
Charbroiled N.Z Baby Lamb /
Grilled Norwegian Salmon Fillet

Ice Honey Lemon - RM6.50

A thick and creamy Wild Mushroom soup, the tiny croutons I think is butter croissant taste crunchy and enhance the flavour of the soup.. Love it!

Salad - Mix Fruit with Cold Prawns [small portion]

Here comes the Signature dish of the night! Seriously, I'm not attracted by it self at first sight.. serve with vegetable, slices of potato [for presentation purpose, maybe..haha] and mustard, wanted to taste the original so I didn't take any sauce..

Wagyu steak served in medium, is recommended. Char-broil cooking method able to keep the steak moist and juicy - never dry. Moreover, inside was pink and the taste is superb, you will Love the tenderness and juiciness of the beef. Wagyu is also known as one of the best beef in the world [for more info, you may google/wiki about it] I cut it into small pieces and enjoy every bite! Is a Must Try when u dine in here.. 2 thumbs up!
There is a grading for Wagyu Beef and grade 9 is the maximum. The one I had was Grade 5.
Steak lovers, I bet you will crazy for this Wagyu beef ^^


Fish and Chips - RM19.00 Spot the different here with others fish and chips? Usually at others western restaurant Dory fish is used to prepare this dish, but at Maria's Cafe they used Garoupa [I never heard about it before] the meat is fresh and tender inside..Deep fried in golden and crispy outside.. Good! Erm.. their french fried is huge..


Dessert - Orange Prune Cake with dashes of caramel by it side.. taste like normal raisin fruit cake

This is a separate hall with different seating..

There is no direct staircase / lift to this restaurant. You need to take lift on the right of Citibank to L3 and follow the direction then you will be able to find them. Below Maria cafe is a German restaurant.

Love it! for sure, I will back here again for other food. If you are craving for Premium Beef steak, here will be the right place for you, Try their Wagyu Beef.

T.G.I Friday @ Mid Valley City

We were here for dinner on New Year Eve.. This Branch in Mid Valley was newly open on Dec 2009. I tot they have the on going promotion set with 2 course meal at the price of RM29.90, unexpectedly they have New Year's Eve Menu on this special day..Expensive meal.
I ordered Jack Daniel's Chicken - RM37.90 Two chicken breast basted in glaze, served with vegetables, mashed potatoes & Jack Daniel's sauce ^^ I Love the Sauce, Superb, sweet..Delicious! seriously, the portion is too small for me again. LoL

Dragonfire Chicken - RM32.90 Grilled chicken breast glazed with chili-garlic sauce. Served with savory rice, pineapple, mandarine oranges & steaming broccoli in cilantro-lime dressing. Not bad

Chicken & Shrimp Diablo Pasta - RM34.90 Chicken and shrimp sauteed in olive oil, blended in tomato sauce with wine. Served on linguine pasta with Parmesan cheese.. sufficient for ONE ^^

Garlic Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops RM52.90 Lamb chops served with demi glace, beef bits, vegetables & cheddar cheese mashed potatoes. Erm.. Tempting..LoL [this picture is blur due to my colleague hastening me while I'm taking this pic]

Green Apple Slush - mixture of green apple and Sprite..sour and refreshing

I have no idea where I've been for past new year eve..seem like there is nothing memorable..LoL Glad to have dinner with you guys, from 3 different department.
