Steamed Pork with salted fish 咸鱼蒸花腩肉 - The pork is perfectly steamed and tender with the salted fish pungent aroma. Must Try
Steamed Fish Tilapia 酱蒸鱼- You can't miss this, another Must Try dish. The fish's flesh is smooth and tender, after steamed it goes well with the spicy soybean paste sauce. Great! I like it a lot, the gravy was thick. 把酱汁淋在白饭吃在口里味道真的一流 !!

ReplyDeleteCame here on on sat (4/9/10) the dishes were all ultra salty, especially the steamed tilapia with soybean paste and the steamed catfish! End up finishing only half side of the tilapia! Told the young chinese dude (the one with a blue apron in your pic) upon paying and he just stared at me with that blanked and stupid face!! No explanation at all! He muz be thinking, don't visit if u think our food is salty.. I couldn't for care less... KNS!
